For some reason your presets aren't showing up in my Looksmenu. I have doublechecked my versions of both LM and F4SE and they seem okay. I've also started a brand new game.
If you look under the Requirements tab in the description there is a list of the required mods.
Also, if you're completely new you need to install a mod manager, like Mod Organiser II or Nexus Mod Manager (I recommend NMM since it's tied to this site and might be easier to use for a "noobie". :P)
Are you sure there weren't any other mods required? Asking because on my fresh reinstall(with required mods) of Fallout 4, none of them look like the preview images.
Yes all the presets (more so the Ahlam preset youre referring to) has a lot of blemishes and acne and other details that i use and then turned down the opacity on so they become just more very subtle details, if you go into the looksmenu and change the opacity to just about all the details (blemishes, dmg, ect) down to anywhere between 20-40% then it should be the same
i would like to note also that the two white spots on ahlam should be brought down to about 5-10%
The main issue turned out to be that all of the Moles cosmetics were showing up at 100% so pretty much all 3 presets ended up looking like the underside of a Crunch bar. Having the scars mod helps as well.
The first face is great, but don't look well on Piper (maybe the short hair), the second face look AWESOME <3 i definetly use it for my wife character, the third looks like the second but less survival. :3 Good job !
Normally I balk when someone use the word cute in his/her description. Because cute is very much a matter of personal taste. I must admit though that opening up these made me download to try them in my own game
