Place the data folder into your Fallout 4\.
Go to your C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4, and edit your fallout.ini.
Find "sResourceDataDirsFinal=" and add "STRINGS\" and "SOUND\" to it. Example: "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\,"
Save the file and exit out.
Install mod through NMM
