For many people including myself, leaving the apc after using up a fusion cartridge and not replacing it will break the mod entirely. Making fast travel via the apc impossible , while telling the player there is a fusion cartridge in the reactor (which there isn’t). I checked the bugs section on this page and it seems this issue has been brought up consistently since mid 2017 and has been pretty much ignored and not fixed.
Same here. It's getting pretty damn annoying how the author is neglecting this mod. You can pretty much only move the APC 3 times before the bug sets in. I'm looking for someone who might be able to poke around the files and disable the requirement to refuel it. That way, the bug won't pop up.
