Perhaps this is a redundant file by now, but if not feel free to download.
Gives all special and perk unlocks currently known, see http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_perks
steps:
- Safe your current game first.
- Unzip _allperks.zip and put the _allperks.txt file in your fallout 4 base folder.
- Ingame bring down the console with "~". Then type bat _allperks
You can view the content of the .txt file in the readme section(you can also just copy-paste contents to make your own .txt file).
