realy like this location so i build a massive settlement there.. but thing is.. it's stuck at 20% happiness and there is yet settlers to arrive there.. been a few days.. i seen settlements with 0% happiness that are no functioning properly.. never seen one at 20 % though.. is this the same thing? would hate to reinstall and loose everything i build.. It could well be my side though.. i have a lot of mods installed.. ( 200 + ) but never encountered this before.
Im on a new playthru and couldn't wait to get this settlement started good this time.. unfortunately it still has the same problem for me.. 20 happiness no settlers show up.. such a shame.. it's a great location.
The happiness getting stuck at zero or twenty per cent is indeed a bug that is fairly common in settlement mods. Not being able to add a supply line is also a common bug. When you can't add a supply line or send settlers to a certain new location, check the settlement list in your pipboy and look for one or more "Commonwealth" entries.
Commonwealth entries appear because a settlement mod has something wrong with it's map marker, causing the game to no longer recognise the exact location of the settlement and replacing the location's name with Commonwealth. This then causes the supply lines to get broken as a supply line needs more info than Commonwealth in order to send someone somewhere. Same goes for being able to send settlers. The happiness bug is also connected to the location bug.
A radio beacon should normally work, though and in most cases attract settlers despite the bug. It can take up to a week in-game before settlers arrive, mind.
The problem with the Commonwealth bug is that it often affects more than one settlement, despite only one settlement having a buggy location marker...
Yeah, I hear ya. I may have to scrap it and start over. It isn't working anyway, so not much would be lost. I hate that Bethesda changed the way settlements function in NW. It's a royal pain in the ass.
Outstanding addition to a barren settlement land. Nuka world is severely under served with settlements and this is a great addition and great location.
Thanks for creating and posting and I'll be looking out for that update you spoke about! Thanks!
hello, really cool little town! im watching a stream and this mod is on, its on PS4 and it seems like you cant send settlers there, and they don't come in with the recruitment beacon either.
Yeah, OnAWhim is a friend of mine and she sent me a quite detailed PM on Twitter on the problems. I am working on it now to see how to fix these issues. I appreciate the comment though, and wanted to thank you.
Apparently I missed something and need to fix the two story building. When I have a few minutes to get into the creation kit, I will be getting that taken care of and updating the file.

Any suggestions?
No settlers and no supply lines.
