There is a bug where enemies will spawn on you when you rest or sleep, this is not intended but due to the way the Ai works it’s very hard to eliminate. You can use a temporary fix by sleeping on the roof of certain objects like the diners using a sleeping bag that is portable from another mod. They will then spawn on the areas nearby.
The reason for this bug is because once the order is given to find the player they cannot be stopped, meaning when sleeping the game time is sped up and they continue until they reach the player, scripts and Ai pacakages are seemingly ignored in the sleeping phase so the npc won’t respond until the player wakes up and by then it’s already too late and they have reached the player (I based this of the skyrim mod of a similar nature and it seems between the games he Ai has been changed possibly to allow for more reliable companions so the same methods from that mod don’t work)
And some high level enemies spawn when you do specific things ( picking up a fatman for example), if you have a fatman (which can be obtained in 10mins) and a guy appears with high tech weapons to take it from you.
This is normal, people get desperate and see stuff they want, and might attack others to try and get it as well, even in populated areas. If you are carrying around all these weapons and you wander into someone’s house they might follow you in to kill you, it’s realistic so you have to watch your back
would it be possible to add an mcm or ini option that we might add some configuration to prevent certain bugs? Or is that far too complicated? I am not a modder, so I am not sure of these things.
how exactly is this meant to work? I went into the stairwell apartments at corvega plant, and while disarming the traps, the following group spawned below me all at once: 3 bandits, 1 cannibal, 2 stalkers, 1 stalker boss, 1 tracker, and 1 tracker boss. (oh edit) and 1 addict and 1 addict boss.
I feel like if those all spawned far away, then they are all fast travelling to the interior as soon as I go into any interior cell.
I like the mod; this is not a complaint, but I am curious of the limit of hunters that will spawn and be tracked by the game engine.
I like the concept of the mod, but damn, I have a gauss rifle at 4th level from one of the spawn. They have way too much kit for the level they are spawned at. Plus at level 3 I was fighting a stalker with multiple stealth boys and a plasma rifle.
This seems a bit much. Maybe keep the levels a bit closer to the player level -- at least until level 20 or so.
So on my quest to learn more of FO4Edit I see this mod deleted or placed idk yet trees and bushes. Is that intentional or not supposed to be like that?

map"
How far away is this? I hate to see people spawning out of nowhere it ruins the immersion so I had to ask

I think the rate is too low lol
any place we can adjust the rate of spawn? cuz it seems no MCM option can be used on it....
10/10 would recommend
