I fixed a few things and made others things BETTER... 'Comtraya!' (If you get that obscure Sci-Fi reference you should definitely add me as a friend. )
I use Spring Cleaning + Compatibility patch. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4640 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12702
I tried using other scrapping mods but they were too powerful and I ended up scrapping entire buildings... I did that by accident twice in Jamaica Plain. I have to admit I haven't tried others for a long time... years... and Spring Cleaning does not support the DLCs. But I wanted the minimum scrapping I could to get the job done so that you folks would not have to.
Transfer Settlements 1.43 is out with bug fixes and all. Can i ask if you please do a bunker hill but without spring cleaning? please? not everyone wants to use that mod.
I am sorry... but a scrapping mod of some description is required to accommodate the blueprint. I recommend 'Spring Cleaning' + 'Compatibility Patch' as I found 'Scrap Everything' far too powerful and I ended up scrapping entire buildings from settlements that I did not want to and I have never had an issues with the mod since it was first released.
I think I'm going to DL this, I've restored the obelisk and building (looks great) but I scrapped everything else, big mistake, it's so glitchy there now I can barely build there.. Your build looks as though it will make it bearable for me to be there again, Thanks
Sorry for the late reply. I have 28 blueprints and I sometimes miss posts.
Be very careful with any mods that change settlements structures or layouts friend...
I do not use them and do not recommend them. I have tried numerous times to use settlement mods (rebuilt settlements buildings, changed layouts etc) and they have brought me nothing but grief.
They do something strange to the game engine. I have had problems ranging from insanely long load times between zones, bugging quests, crashes on zoning to crashing any time I get close to Greentech Genetics after the arrival of the Brotherhood blimp Prydwen.
Every single time I traced it back to a settlement mod that actually changes settlement layout or buildings. That is the reason I have perfected these designs as best I can so that they are as Vanilla as possible, even going so far as to make sure they are as close to the games settlement budget as possible.
I will use mods that change textures, but never any that change the actual settlements.... not any more... and I have had almost zero problems with the game since.
