Having done a little modding, I looked at the file structure.
If you use MO2, navigate to wherever you have mods, open MO2/mods/The Dolphin Launcher/Data, copy that into the previous folder next to the mod (MO2/Mods/The Dolphin Launcher). This worked for me.
If you unpacked it on your own, I think you will have the game folder/Data/Data/*at least 4 folders*. Copy or move them into *game folder*/Data.
Someone seriously needs to supplement this with a mod that replaces the explosion with a massive splash of water, complete with a massive water splash sound effect.
Sadly no it does not I spawned a Super Mutant Suicider and they still have a regular mini nuke. Reason why is they have a primed mini nuke where as the mod only changes the standard mini nukes into dolphins. Although it would be pretty awesome if it did change their mini nukes into dolphins as well.
