Do you know why I can't see the present in game? Does it have a certain number it replaces, or something? I don't think it's a bug, but I can't find it when I flip through the face presets. Any help would be appreciated, but I think it's more on my end.

It’s actually a standalone preset that you can load with looksmenu. That means that it doesn’t replace any of the in-game presets. I’ll assume that you have looksmenu installed and have placed the file in the appropriate folder (if not, simply look at the installation instructions).

If you have looksmenu, you should be able to find it by pressing ‘’r’’ when you are in the character editor (either when you start a new game, at the Mega surgery center, or by entering the console commands mentioned by JimmyRJump below).

The name of the preset is the same as the file name.

If you already did the above and have many presets in your folder and cannot find it within the looksmenu, fear not, I have another trick. Simply move all of your presets already in the ''Preset'' folder into a new folder, with a bogus name like 'RailroadFTW', for storage. Then put the file ''NaturalwPersonality'' into the preset folder.

It should be easier to find given that it should be the only preset available for loading.

Kinda reminds me of Sentinel Lyons from Fallout 3, i feel like this is what shed look like if they had brought her over to 4

You know what, I had the same impression while making her. I also played Fallout 3 recently, I guess I was inspired by Sarah Lyons without realizing it.

I like this a lot! I can appreciate the natural look, and yes no makeup is technically more lore-accurate I suppose. Wish I could make a character that looks even half as good without a bit of makeup haha

    I like it.
Looks more natural and appealing than most other presets I've seen over the time.
I'd go without the nasty scar myself, but well, the wasteland is a dangerous place.

      Thanks! That means a lot.
P.S. the Mega Surgery Center can always fix any nasties on your face for a minimal fee of you're so inclined.

Go into third person view, open the console and type slm 14 (slm is short for ShowLooksMenu; 14 is the number of the player character) and you can change your character's face to your hearts delight.

To get the face options, there's a chance you might first have to switch to body mode and then back to face in order to actually see your face.

Forgetting to first get into third person view will not show the face at all.

Should your character get stuck in a crucified pose when done, right-click to draw your weapon and your character will jump out of stuck mode...
