Changelogs
Version Redux 1.0.0
Rebuilt the entire mod to be better, faster, and quieter (yay!) for my last playthrough.
Version 1.1.2
Relays no longer require an assigned settler to teleport to and Xbox One and PC versions are now available on Bethesda.net.
Version 1.1.1
The list of active relays now loads when a platform's 3d is loaded. This should provide a more responsive menu for people with a lot of relays.
Version 1.1.0
A potential fix for working relays vanishing from the menu.
Version 1.0.3
Now uses the correct effect when teleporting the player.
Version 1.0.2
Fixes the "Cannot be used at this time" message. If you're still seeing it just store the Reflector Platform and place it back.
Version 1.0.1
Added Message showing which components are not working when activating a reflector platform.
Version 1.0.0
Initial Release

Description
I've always wondered why we could build a Relay interceptor and use it to teleport into the Institute but afterward, we could never use that tech again. So, this is my attempt to fix that while also adding an immersive way to travel between your settlements.
The Relay pieces added by this mod can be found in you build menu under Power/Miscellaneous after you complete The Molecular Level quest or disabled that requirement in the MCM menu.
Should work with the next-gen update, but I haven't done much testing on that version.
Workshop Relays should be compatible with or without all the DLC and any mod added workshops. Keep in mind however that the name of the location displayed in the teleport menu is the name assigned to that location in the world. For Vanilla settlements this is always the settlement's name, but for ones added by mods, it could display as something different. i.e. Wilderness.
