    It doesn't work for me, on downgraded Fallout 4. 

    However, disabling weapons zoom will solve the problem with buggy blur while aiming.

      Try to put it last in the loadorder. Unfortunately I haven't tried the ng version yet.

    I want to manually install this bc I'm only using like 4 mods, where do I put this manually in fo4 files? Im guessing right into data?

      From description.

      Installation:
      1 - Download
      2 - >>>Extract in the data folder<<< or install with your favorite mod manager
      3 - Activate the .esp
