Is there a way for just let lip-synch files be generated?

I would like to add my .wav files instead of .txt files and for every file this tool generates a lip-synch file for me.

Creation kit`s build in generate lip files from audio is too crappy because I have to repeat many steps for every line.

    12/7/19 UPDATE:

This is a bit embarrassing since it's taken me a year and 3 mods to figure this out, but my problem is not directly caused by this mod but by the way I was using a single "generic" voice file for all of my Quest aliases, in order to keep things tidy, but since voices are gendered, I was only exporting half my dialogue, and even worse using races and factions as dialogue conditions was also causing my "custom voice" not to export.

So Long story short this tool is great and works as intended if you're not an idiot like me.
    -------
I'm having a problem with this but I'm not sure it can be called a bug. When this software generates the files the .lips work great adding iip flap to every piece of dialogue. The sound files allow for the skipping of all player dialogue as it should but for some reason absolutely no NPC dialogue is skippable.

By way of experimenting I realized that no matter the format the file names did not match the "Voice Filename" (IE: 0000278E_1) that is shown in the dialogue window in CK. When I manually renamed one of the audio files to match the VFN, the skipping worked. I have no idea why the Lip files DO work though.

I dunno if this is a problem with the Dialogue Export from CK, or with this software, but I feel like it's a pretty significant issue.

Otherwise I really like this and will at the very least use it to make the .lip files.

This will be very handy, at least until a Fuz Roh Doh Equivalent is created for Fallout 4. Up to now I've been manually pasting in blank WAV and LIP files, which is quite tedious.
