Awww :( I'm bummed this won't work with other retextures. Is that even possible? Or would the author of the other retexture have to make their own nifs?
I must not have been paying attention when I posted this. I use body mods. Things this mod's description page clearly states it isn't compatible with. A shame, but I understand now.
Would you be open to making a non-replacer version Brother? I have been waiting for this kind of thing for a long time, nobody has done this on the Beth.net end yet.
Is this a texture or mesh replacer? I ask because I'm sure that I'm not the only one that ditched the vanilla textures for something better.
As a retired member of the Navy I can tell you that unless it was necessary, such as General Quarters_drills or otherwise, I and everyone I knew would roll their sleeves or get short sleeved shirts. Believe it or not their is a specific length for your sleeves to be rolled at. If the roll is below the elbow it's considered 'out of uniform' so you had to roll them to halfway between the elbow and shoulder.
Most of the time we could get away with a plain roll but if we were wearing Greens (fatigues) or BDUs and on deployment we fell under Army rules and had to do a 'battle roll', that is turning the sleeve inside outwith the cuff near the shoulder. Then you rolled the bottom end to the mid point or until you touched the cuff, the cuff was turned down with the outside covering the entire roll and the cuff tab buttoned. The reason for that is so if you have to unroll the cuff you just pull it straight down and it fell naturally right side out.
This is just for your info in case you do a texture replacer with a cammo pattern. I was in two units that wore clothes other than the traditional dungarees, HAL-5 issued us the green fatigue uniform and cover and HCS-5 that wore BDUs, both woodland and desert with the Marine 8 point cover without the eagle/globe/anchor on the front. That was replaced by our rank device which was siver with the greens and subdued black with the BDUs.
Hope this bit of info helps you out should you expand your replacer to other colors or patterns.

If it doesn't have an esp, it's a replacer.
If it has an esp, it MAYBE not a replacer.
This one is a replacer.
