This mod changes lots of things that are completely unrelated to jumping and fall damage (lots of hacking-related settings, armor rating, how many friend hits allowed etc.) Almost two dozen game setting records. I understand this was the author's first esp-mod and he haven't updated it. But someone's gotta tell about this...
I haven't been able to update anything for a long time so I can't even remember what I changed with this mod without looking at it's source. I know it was early in development of FO4 mods, after all this is mod 229 and you have now thousands if not more than a million mods. The CK wasn't even available...
I believe you can change and get rid of the things you don't like with FO4Edit or the Creation Kit and just keep the jumping settings.
Understandable. It's an easy fix with FO4Edit if you have everything installed. Just keep the necessary records and remove the rest. Of course, you don't have to update anything if you don't want to, but it's better to let people know on the mod description page that the mod changes more than it needs to and if people want, how they can fix it with FO4Edit by themselves. I just received my handicap pension (I don't know the right name of the pension in English) and I am only 58.
The mod stays up not only because still works but many new ppl can use the source for their own ideas.
I made some of the first mods for this game and gladly others used my code to create even better mods (considering this one being pre Creation Kit with trial and error using settings from previous games like Fallout New Vegas and Skyrim).
Those Game Settings was my trial and error of getting an appropriate Jump mod prior to the CK, I never changed it as it was working fine. By now I would need to install the game again to rectify.

it would be more interesting to make a mod in the form of boots with several different levels of jumps in the game world... the usual ones with an enhanced jump and the legendary ones with an over-enhanced jump... this will allow you to take them off and jump normally
hope you are fine by now, sorry if I've been newbie with stupid questions, I have had really bad experience for modders who think they are gods but although I found the plugins text it doesn't have the line fallout 4.esm line, only the plugins I have installed before, I added your plugin text and vortex then asks me for permissions to access to it, I gave it permissions and poof! the line dissapeared. as I said I did everything exactly as you instructed. any ideas?

I am doing a bionic woman build and find your jump 1000 not high enough, where Vasaki - aka Vampire or Day-walker can jump 2 to 3 stores high and the top jump is high as a large power pylon, can you add more jump files, say 2000 to 5000, I just need one that would be jump 2 to 3 stores high.
I'd like to see jump height changed for just the power armor if that was possible.. I feel like, if it enhances your other attributes, you should be able to jump higher too. Yeah yeah, jet pack, but again, I feel a good jump would enhance that as well. Just a thought : ]
This pre-CK work, there isn't a lot you can do without scripting so I already created several versions to try satisfying different people. I can't create thousand different variations, no time, sry.

I am currently sick and modding and playing FO4 as been on standby.
My mods haven't been updated and I wasn't really able to answer some of the questions because of that.
I hope to get to contribute again to the community ASAP but for the moment I apologize for not being able to update anything.

As mentioned on "sticky", I am not very well concerning my health. Apart from that my laptop doesn't handle F4 so well anymore.
I wish I could return to update my mods (or even make new ones) but the conditions are not ideal at the moment.
