Does this mod work hand in hand with the following mod installed: BuildingBlocks Foundations (snappable floors) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8907/?
If not it would be extremely useful to have these mods go together as the blocks mod is one of the best foundation mods in the game to date.
I don't know why but with your mods in place I can't stack concrete (block directly on top of block). I can do sideways. Removing them solved the issue.
It does replace some stuff from Stackable Concrete Would that be a problem?

maximluppov wrote: I don't know what do you mean. I can stack them with 0 problem even without Place Everywhere mod.

Hi Faiakes,
You said : I don't know why but with your mods in place I can't stack concrete (block directly on top of block). I can do sideways. Removing them solved the issue. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ That makes sense : Before you uninstall a mod or upgrade to a newer version, you usually want to check what the mod author says about proper proceedures, and what users are experiencing etc, mentioned in the mod's DESCRIPTION, ARTICLES, POSTS, DOCS, FORUM, and BUGS sections. Also, be aware that sometimes you'll find that custom created objects (even objects of the same type) from a different mod may not "play well" (eg.,snapping issues) with a new (again, even if the same kind) object you've installed. The solution can be to remove all the objects that are not snapping / interacting successfully anymore, and replacing them with ones that do. In reading the info as described above, you may discover that a fix to the incompatability is one or two days away by one of the mod authors in question, or another author is testing or has released their own patch mod.
A NexLevel Tip : save PRIOR to doing all that scrapping etc with the console command : save 2017-06-04-at-5-11-Gonna-scrap-whatevr-&-wait30hrs (ok, your save file naming will be suited to you, and your situation, but you get the idea.)
If there are many/complex objects that you are going to scrap, might as well be extra safe and go somewhere you think is quiet half a map's distance away and sleeping 15 hours twice. (overkill I'm sure but it'll allow for all manner of scripts to complete) Save with the command : save 2017-06-04-at-6-02-I-scrapd-whatevr-&-did-wait30hrs ( And if you really have a lot of complex scrapping & adding, and object replacing to do, you will want to consider taking some breaks to save, especially if you have encountered crashes to desktop or game freezes. )
There are things in the image where the windmill snaps vertically, but I do not know how to do it. Looking at the state that it is not mentioned in the description, is not it the content of this Mod?
