Fallout, is in the KSP universe, clearly the liquid is purple because Earth is really Eve! Maybe you should make the sky purple too, because the water might be purple because it dosen't absorb and disapate the violet light very well although given where violet is on the spectrum that'd suggest youd be soaking up a bit more UV than the reccomended daily dose

Enable survival, check. Install poisonous purple water, check. Install mod that throws thousands of feral ghouls across wasteland, check. Install mod that removes guns, check.
Anything else I need to turn Fallout 4 into the most insane, difficult, nightmarish hell ever conceived?
I suggest the never ending version if you want difficult. This rain constantly does rads and base damage to your character when exposed to it, along with looking badass of course.

It is easy, but time consuming, to make it red yourself in FO4Edit if you wanted to just change the RGB areas of the Water that I changed.
