No legendaries ~= no random legendary weapons.
No more magical weapons that have exploding, freezing or even poisonous bullets even though you put completely normal bullets in the magazines!
Legendary enemies that are hardcoded and unaffected by spawning will still show up. Also legendary enemies that have already spawned before this mod was installed may still exist.
