   I'm with IGN, there's really nothing to the joke about PC being the 'master race'. I mean PC gaming might be close to master race if I had Xbox kinect voice features. When I get a really sweet triple kill playing CoD on the xbox all I have to say is "Xbox, record that." and I have it saved forever. When PCs can do that, then I'll admit maybe they could be the master race.

   It's a Reskin of my other pip boy texture files.
   
   To clarify it started as a fbook community thing, then 5mins in I realised the absurdity of it.

      Noted. Yeah the green is garish, but that was kind of the point with xbox colours.
      
      I've just added a plain black one just now as well as an option. File updated.
