I love the idea of adding the mod to the game. My only gripe with it is that it doesn't shrink the size of the rail like it does in New Vegas, if that's possible I think that would perfect this mod all around. either way a good mod and I'd imagine it fulfill a lot of requests.
The Little Boy mod doesn't actually make the weapon smaller. It was a common upgrade in previous fallout games that just reduces the weight of the Fatman. Think of it like the Light and Ultra-Light weight mods for armor.
That's too bad; it definitely did make the gun smaller in FNV, https://hydra-media.cursecdn.com/fallout.gamepedia.com/6/64/Fat_Man_little_boy.png?version=8850dc4e0d00810a02a10b7bfa4ff71e compared to https://hydra-media.cursecdn.com/fallout.gamepedia.com/4/46/Fat_Man.png?version=4bd24a326cb9c417905533b707ea8889
Wow I played through NV like 10 times and i never noticed it actually made the fatman smaller! If anyone knows how to edit models and meshes to make this i will be happy to integrate it.
Think you could add a space after the comma, and lowercase the B? So it's "Fatman, Littleboy?" Or "Fatman, Little Boy" if that's more accurate. The "man" in "Fatman" isn't uppercase so I'd assume the "boy" in "Littleboy" wouldn't be either, but I haven't played earlier games.
Fatman and Little Boy were the two atomic bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, called that way because of their particular shape. Most people will already know this; added the info just in case...
The reason he is calling it Fatman,LittleBoy is because that's the name of the item from Fallout New Vegas but to be corrected yes it should be labled Fat Man Little Boy as the item from Fallout NV is called the Fat Man Little Boy kit.
Also to extend on what on JimmyRJump said, there was also a third bomb called the "Thin Man." So there were the Fat Man, Little Boy and Thin Man bombs. All named according to how the bomb looked.
