Great mod, i picked enough locks manually that this automation skips the tiring mini-game.
ONE ISSUE - install and enable via Vortex, no problem there - when i load the game i still have to ENABLE this mod manually in MODS main menu to actually load it. Works fine.

But, when i quit the game, and load, i have to go back to MODS each time re-enable for this mod to load.
How to fix this? Why does it disable every game quit?

When I enable this through Vortex there are no issues. When I go to play Fallout through F4SE launcher and on the main menu of FO4 I go to Mods, and under Mods I got to Load Order and then enable this mod, then press back out the game wishes to update files. You have to confirm and so I do and then the game crashes. Only when enabling this mod. Anyone know why? I have 116 other mods that enable just fine. Just this one, Looks Menu, FOV person, and FOV power armor. I'm so confused.

I don't think I've ever gone into the Mods menu of FO4, what's the point?

Been a minute since I used F4SE out of Vortex, but if you use Vortex to enable the mods and then launch the game with F4SE it should just run everything.  If for some reason not, just add F4SE as a tool on Vortex and launch it there.

Use Mod Organizer 2 and your life will be much easier. Good luck.

Skyrim: here are perks to make the minigame easier , so the hard ones become easier

Fallout: perks allows you to do the harder ones but dont make it easier at all

why the f*#@ should you even bother getting the master locks perk if its damn near impossible to do anyways.

    Thankyou for sharing this mod.

Been using it for years with no problems however LOOT shows "This plugin has a header version of 0.94, which is less than the game's minimum supported header version of 0.95."

Do I have to do something about the message or ignore it?

you can open it in creation kit, save, then close it, but i would consider switching over to this one instead   https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31527/?tab=files

Thank you so much. My game never showed this minigame due to Bugthesda's great work. Now I can stop lockpicking by ear.

I've never encountered or heard of that bug before in my life. That isn't Bethesda, you had to have done something or a mod conflict has made it disappear.

I have the same issues. Had since first boot, and I didn't mod it until after playing for a while.

The invisible lockpicking game is a known issue. The devs apparently couldn't fathom the idea of someone only replacing monitors when they break, and didn't program the game to display properly on 4:3 monitors. If you use google, you'll find several links discussing the problem and solutions to it. Maybe try googling the bug someone mentioned before just spouting off that because you've not heard of it, it doesn't exist.

Loveblanket, this is a known issue with several resolutions. It is indeed a Bethesda thing.
-Edit- - Sorry, didn't see devilDrops's post. Good explanation :)
