I have noticed a few missing items (Foundations, beds etc) when creating settlements from my blueprints. I assumed it was because I have been overwriting the same blueprint files since early 2017. So I deleted all my files and went back and created the blueprints from the beginning with Transfer Settlements 1.48... this took a fair bit of time for 33 blueprints...
After I was done the file sizes were slightly smaller than my latest updates so the theory seems to valid. I have also done a few cosmetic changes to brighten the settlements up a bit. I was originally only going to update my blueprint pack but I hated the idea of my work seeming incomplete... my OCD gene I guess...
Frankly, I detest building stuff so Transfer Settlements is right up my alley. Many of the other blueprints throw so much stuff into their builds that my poor old computer chokes and pukes on 'em. Temujin's are just what I need. Many thanks.
Thank you. I admit that from time to time I look at the most popular builds, then I look at what mods are required or how big they are and think... "WTF?!?" To each their own I guess. I am happy with my little niche. On average, for every 10 downloads I get one endorsement. Better than most.
While you have this listed as using only two (and recommending a few more) other mods, it requires a ridiculous and meticulous amount of work just to get it prepared, AND there is no way, to my knowledge, to remove all of the stuff you removed without either something like Scrap Everything or some sort of console command. I'd really love to grab this, because all of the other Sanctuary blueprints either require a laundry list of mods or absolutely murder my FPS, but it would take me less time to download Scrap Everything and build all of this myself.
You are correct. It does require a scrapping mod. But I found Scrap Everything to be too powerful. I ended up scrapping things that I didn't intend to by accident... it is painfully easy to do. The most notable was times I deleted buildings in both Jamaica Plains and Oberland Station. I found Spring Cleaning + Compatibility patch to be much more useful... and less prone to me wiping out half my settlements.
If you do try to build something similar I would be interested in the results. You will find that getting the foundations right will consume the majority of your build time.
Vendors? As in the girls I have serving at the stores? They are just normal settlers in a uniform I provide for them. See here for details on how I organise my settlers in the 'Recommended Mods' section.
Thank you SO much for creating no DLC required blueprints. Im too broke to afford all the dlcs, nor do i want them very much. After searching for ages and ready to give up, im blad I stumbled apon your stuff!
You're welcome. I know what you mean about the DLC's... I am waiting for a serious Steam special myself and even then I think I would only get Far Harbour.
... if you like any of the designs could you hit that little endorse button for me please?
To Lord Temujin, I love seeing your blueprints and i and see how much effort you put in them.Keep up the good work And for StBernardTjavs, if your going to criticise a modder when you have not created a mod at all .
Do people actually download mods like this? It looks so immersion breaking. There is nothing about that "Fort" that looks remotely real. Unless this is intended to basically be a cheat, it is horrible.
Not everybody that plays Fallout is balls deep about role-playing bud. Some players just enjoy playing the game casually. So rather than dissing on someone for uploading something to support the site and provide for some of it's members, why don't you leave actual criticism rather than being stubborn about immersion. For the people that enjoy this type of Fallout experience, i'm sure this mod is just fine.
In answer to you question Bernie... do you have ANY idea how long it took me to clear Sanctuary and build this??? About 10-12 hours if memory serves. Zero cheats involved.
I truly did not want to have to go through that every time I started a new game... so I saved it and thought others might like to try it out...
You know what's really immersive? Real Life! So before you go insulting people's hard work making mods, how about you remember that THIS IS JUST A VIDEO GAME! It's not REAL or it's (word I can't stand) LORE. Go crawl back into the vault sir. Stop being horrible yourself.
I LOVE building stuff. I think that is why I have over 1000 hours in Fallout 4. It combines the two games I love most. Building and RPG's...
But the majority of the Settlement Blueprints I have seen require an INSANE amount of mods to use.
I do not use any cheats or mods to build my settlements... apart from Weightless Junk and Other Items ... which should have been in the game from the beginning...
Some of these Settlements take me major hours to get just right. I really am tired of tired of lining up that first foundation.
I honestly think you should try the 'Transfer Settlements' mod just once... ... it is AWESOME, just to watch!
I would be curious to see your designs... I am always open to what is more efficient.
Thanks. That is one of the reasons I LOVE 'Transfer Settlements'. I am going to miss all the levels I get making these things. But I wont changing mine much. I don't publish any of them until I can get them as close to perfect for me as possible.

You are correct. I put in a lot of time and effort to get them just right. Well... as right as I can...

what a thoughtful first post contribution.
Would love to see what StBernardTjavs can build in real life so he can be immersed?
I'm tempted with the Transfer Settlement mod. This play through I wanted to build my settlements and now these mods come out lol. Thanks for sharing.
