Interesting changes, as soon as I incorporate nuclear physicist i will install your mod and test it, your changes make a lot of sense and they are a good reason to invest points in some (as bethesda left them) useless perks like chemist or medic because unless you use a lot of chems you really don't need them, good changes I'll track it from now on

I absolutely agree that Chemist and Medic were "useless" in vanilla FO4. I think the most I had put in both those perks before was 1 in Medic (so I could build a clinic ) and that was it I think...

Same with Nuclear Physicist, haven't used Power Armor or Radiation weapons enough to make it worth it in the past.
I kind of want to find more things to add NP to though, just to really make it worth it for myself. But everything I think of makes it seem forced instead of logical.

Anyway, I hope the changes will fit your playstyle as well!

Good mod. I like all the changes. It's definitely a permanent part of my game from now on. (Except the Patrolman's glasses.)

      Glad you enjoy it!

Regarding the glasses: I agree. I'm going to upload a version without that change. Originally I made it just to see if I could figure out how it was made (to be used for another mod), but I left it in and now that I've used it for a while myself... I'm not a fan anymore either.
I will probably leave it up as an optional file, but not as a part of the "all-in-one".

1.02 is up, it's the exact same, but no more glasses change.

IMHO it just didn't fit in with the rest of the mod.

I already incorporated your changes (mostly) into my custom mega-mod, so it really is a permanent part of my game now.
