If for whatever reason it doesn't work with NMM, please let me know. If you know how to fix that issue, even better since I'm not sure how NMM's automatic install works.
To install manually, simply put everything from the rar other than the "fuckyourfather2.wav" file in the Fallout 4 Data folder then put the wav in Fallout 4\Data\Sound\fx\NPC\Mirelurk.
