   Finally got this to start working... Sadly, the first time it went to 100% then started stabilizing and crashed, forgot at what %. But now it stomps every single time at 35%, 752 items

   instaled transfer settlments installed all other files but it wont work, does vault 88 have to be clear of everythiing?

      Having the same problem here sadly. I exported my own vault 88, and it worked I could export it. Tried moving the file manually too, nothing seems to work. The Import just won't show up on the import menu.

   When I import this I am getting areas where I can't access stairs doors etc It looks like it is adding more stuff then it should
   
   ps. Figured out that the nuke option was not removing the raider stuff. I had to manually remove it before importing the settlement.

      The nuke option takes a very long time to remove things. Even thought it looks cool I think you should use the scrap all command

   you should link the mods in the desc that are needed for this saves time.
