A shanty town in the middle of a swamp. Perfect spot for Mercer Safehouse.

      7 Beds.
6 Defence from 3 guard posts/ two are guard towers.
12 Food when all of it is farmed.
3 Water. One basic water pump.

This is really very good! It looks like a shanty town.

I notice that when I add mods that have plants already that settlers cannot be assigned to them. The settler simply runs over to them like you were telling them to move instead. I found that storing the plant and placing it again seemed to tell the settlement it is assignable. Haven't found a mod where that wasn't the case, but then again my game is heavily modded--no good way to see what mod was the issue.

thanks for that, decided not to download but was sorely tempted coz its absolutely perfect looking reason for not downloading is i like to maximize settler count in every settlement, shame you cant endorse a mod purely for design and actually have to download it 1st so consider this a virtual.....virtual (lol) endorsement

Can't thank you enough. I always hated trying to build in this stupid settlement and this looks terrific.

I'm so bad at making shanty towns like this. I hate how everything I build tends to be so uniform.

I don't use Transfer Settlements, but this is nice.

Amazing use of space. I tried to figure out what to do with this settlement but gave up on it. This is more than I ever could have wanted! GREAT GREAT SETTLEMENT!

Where can you place these settlements? Anywhere and it will build a settlement?
    Is there any mods needed?

This blueprint only works on the Murkwater site.
I did not use any modded assets to build this so none are needed though all the DLC's are used.

you should probably leave a link in the description to that tool since this is for a very specialized mod.

Are you using a weather mod in these screenshots?

I'm using VOGUE ENB v0.13 - DEAD in the screenshots. The only mods I had on in the game were HUDframework and Transfer Settlements.

This looks quite good! Looks like it was actually lived in and in some places, about to fall over from long years of use and being in the swamp. Good!
