HEY GUYS! I fixed it! (mostly) The reason why no walls and floors were included is because I was using the old version of settlement transfer (totes my bad, sorry! New file is up, and this one is only missing some walls and floors! (for whatever reason, it's not including some walls and floors, but not many at all are missing so easy enough to fill in yourself) So try it out and let me know if it's 100% working for you!

This is now old. I will be doing a new vault build over the next few days that will be vanilla only with all the new transfer settlement updates etc. So keep an eye out!
For now this thread will be locked because this build is so outdated lmao

Nice build, but the limitations of Transfer Settlements ruined it for me. Most of the walls and floors were there, but no power. Since Transfer Settlement does not do power lines and vault power lines are part of the walls and floor, even connecting the Vault Generator to the conduit only got 5 lights to work (the ones around the generator and 1 in the Overseers office). After trying for hours to figure out what was wrong, I read someones post on Transfer Settlements about have to replace powered walls to get them to work. I deleted several pieces of wall and floor then rebuilt them. When I put the new piece down, the power would expand to that area. So, in order for me to have lights in the vault, I have to replace about 90% of the walls and floors you built. It's not your fault, it's just the limitations of Transfer Settlements. But, if I'm replacing 90% of the stuff, might as well tear the whole thing down and build it exactly how I want it. It may be that I have a mod that is conflicting, but not sure what could as I don't have any other settlement mods or anything similar (mostly weapon and armor mods).

You shouldn't need it as it wasn't meant to include mods in the import. I'd suggest turning off the import of mod items, so only DLC stuff. However if it doesn't want to import without that mod, it can be found here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17180/

That's very strange! Didn't really use any mods/no mods were included in the blueprint export and I had none that touched the walls.

You're the only one who has had this happen to them, so it could be on your end maybe if you have mods that affect the vault walls or something. Try leaving and coming back? Could take the walls a little time to load in as well considering there are a few of them.

Let me know if leaving and coming back spawns in the walls, or trying to import again with items already there (may throw in the walls with luck) if nothing works I'll load up a new game and check on my end.

      Try this first though:

      'Transfer Settlements Mod Settings.
This IS important! At the moment anyway..
Turn OFF the "Animations during import". If left on you will have random missing pieces and parts. (it's a bug work around)
      Optional...
Turn OFF the "Explosions during the nuking of a settlement" or you "might" have explosion marks all over the place. (even if you don't nuke the settlement before hand)'

I am also having the same issue. Just tables light etc, showing up, no floors walls etc. Really just an empty place

Using your other builds with no issues. Thinking maybe to big, just a guess.

Love what you are doing Thank you.,

Did you make sure animations was turned off etc? Also in the import options, did you make sure DLC item and items built by player were selected? If they weren't then all you will get is vanilla assets (chairs, lights etc)
Only know that you have to have both these chosen from my experience with importing someone else settlement and not having those options on and only getting floating doors and guns lol.

      I get exactly the same

      Maybe another mod conflicting?

On a side note when I attempt to load the blueprint it warns me about a number of missing mods:

      PWR.esp
      Brahmin Waterthrough.esp
      OWR.esp
      MoreVaultRooms.esp
      SolarPower.esp
      AA HotC - Standalone - SE.esp
      Invisible Guard Marker.esp
      Pack3 - Vault-Tec - BetterBeds.esp
      Crimsonrider's Salvery Mod.esp

I have managed to find, install, sort and load all but ''AA HotC - Standalone - SE.esp' however it still complains that they are not present.

It could be Nexus mod manager's 'virtual install' feature causing this behaviour I guess.

First I 'installed' your blueprint with it but Transfer Settlements would no acknowledge its presence.

I had to manually create a 'TransferSettlements' folder in %GAME_PATH%\Data\F4SE\Plugins and decompress the contents of your compressed file there before the mod would actually acknowledge the blueprint; this could indicate that Transfer Settlements is verifying the presence of those mods in the default location and not in the virtual installation location that Nexus mod manager uses.

However I don't know if this is relevant or not. Could be that I have gone too trigger happy with Scrap Everything before importing your mod, could be another mod interfering with the process (I do have quite a few installed, more now after loading all those your blueprint seemingly required)... or maybe is impatience?

I will go for a spin, do a couple of quests, come back and see if the walls are magically there.

I don't think you're meant to install blueprints themselves via NMM lol. Gotta drag and drop into that blueprint folder. Also sounds like transfer didn't install properly since you had no blueprint folder in F4SE. I'd suggest reinstalling the mod so it adds the folder as needed (even manual install if NMM doesn't add the folder) And then try again, making sure that animations during import are turned off as well as nuking settlement is also off, as well as making sure that you have the DLC import option on as well as items built by player turned on.

There shouldn't be any mod objects in the blueprint as I made sure it only copied DLC items and not mod items. And even if they were in there, it shouldn't stop the walls and floors etc from appearing lol. The only mod items really used in the mod are listed in the description, but none of them were selected for export when I made the blueprint. So yeah, let me know if it works with the solutions noted above, if not then I shall look into it on my current new game.

the file size is a bit small, the other blueprints are a lot bigger. Starlight is 1806kb, red rocket is 799kb and this one is only 123kb. so i think it didnt include the walls when it uploaded to the trasfer settlement mod. i say this only to put out another option as to why the walls are not showing up, and is in no way a slight on the author

So, for whatever reason, it really isn't exporting the walls, only the items etc. I don't know what the issue is that could cause this, as the walls light up during the scan and everything. This is quite the annoying issue and I shall be looking into it further. If anyone know what is causing this, please let me know! Thanks for being so patient as well guys!

I will try again once I get to Vault 88 again in this playthrough.

I starting messing around with various mods to see if I could figure it out and [as we know] that is... unwise; CTD is out to get you and all that.

Eventually I FUBARd it well and truly and saves crashed upon load.

Said that, the 20 or so hours that takes me to get where I was, still less than it would take me to build a useable vault settlement

I managed to import it this time and is mostly there.

There are some walls missing and in my import I got some atrium floor tiles spawn in the diner (easily spotted because they clip like hell with the 'native' tiles).

For anyone that finds they cannot get power on the vault, pick up and release power transmitting parts (floor tiles, walls etc) in workshop mode (not that you can outside workshop mode AFAIK) and remember that any 'manual' wiring is not exported, it has to be redone (credit for this goes to @mayaterror.)

When you say blueprint, does that mean you haven't built anything there, just designed it?
