I know this is kind of an older mod but I wanted to post this for everyone's reference. The script that allows the booze still to PRODUCE alcohol checks to make sure that the player has not been kicked out of raider faction before it will even produce alcohol. So as long as the script is not changed, even if you build the still, it won't produce anything.
Thanks - concurs with earlier comments. Bit of a shame but the point of the booze still & chem station are as a Raider boss's means of controlling outpost populations - "happy" by doping into compliance, loyal by feeding addiction - and productive to an early grave.
Hey, thanks very much for this mod. I've installed, and built a booze still at my normal settlements via the Resources-Misc tab, but even when I assign settlers to them, even several days or even weeks later, it doesn't seem to have produced any alcohol or anything in my workshop. Am I doing something wrong?
Of course. That was the point of this mod. This mod makes the Still accessible under Resources -> Misc, without the perk requirement, and being able to build it in "normal" settlements. The Still under the Raider category tests if the player is in a raider outpost, has the Wasteland Warlord perk and has not been kicked out as the Overboss, and only allow building if all these requirements are met. The option added in this mod does not do any of these requirement tests.
