   i would love this mod if you didn't describe it in a way designed to start political arguments. a good rule of thumb is always stay neutral when depicting politicians. if you must attack and ridicule, it's fairest to do the same to both sides equally. for example i hate both parties equally.

   Is there a way to make this as a pre-set so I can just go to the cosmetic surgeon and just change my look to the 45th President of the United States of America, who is already bringing back jobs and isnt even President yet? I'm level 100 and REALLY far into my Survival Mode playthrough. Thanks!

      Get Looks Menu, load the savegame, open the character editor with console commands, then just save the face to your presets!
