Does anyone else get frequent crash in workshop mode? I installed the windowed walls everywhere (> 100) in my settlement and then started getting CTDs. It's not anything specific and everything works after restarting the game / rebooting the machine (crash would become more and more often until reboot).

Card is NVIDIA 1060 and I never had a single crash until changing concrete mesh walls to the glass walls.

Is there any way to alter the textures so that they look like the ones from Clean Wasteland Workshop?https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12016

Are you still supporting this mod? Could you please add solid (no metal frame) versions of the large concrete windows and large one way windows? Could you please also add floor upper but half size and quarter size floor panels because those would be very handy and useful for making stairwells in small or compact areas where size or space is an issue. Could you please also make solid versions of the floor panels including the cross beam?

Btw my wife just found and started using this mod and it gives more options great mod but can you please also add clean versions as well? I wish I had found this mod when I was making my first place as I wouldn't have needed to use door frames as spacers and it would have been easier to build my generator room if I had this.

Sorry I didn't see your comment until now. I have kind of moved on from modding fallout at the moment.

the only thing i wish for on this is a one sided glass window that looks like a normal cement wall on the otherside instead of a picture since that looks like it's more for indoor use i want a one sided outdoor wall.

The large window is great for fixing the player home's walls not being able to mount decorations and lights.

I found the solution to the black texture on the ceiling glass if it happened to someone after applying with nifscope the solution provided by the user "delyne" below (which is totally necessary) you should uncheck "Effect lighting enabled"  in data / materials / Custom Concrete with Glass / ConcreteGlass01.BGEM with material editor

These are so cool looking I enjoy building with them.
Sadly the rain still falls right through the glass roof pieces and I imagine, as the game states, beds without shelter to block the rain make settlers feel uncomfortable and unsafe and don't count as proper beds to them.

Anyone know a mod that has at least semi-transparent roof tiles that don't let rain through or at least allow settlers to feel sheltered and happy if their bed is under one?

Someone figured out how to do it and then (apparently) stopped modding and appears to have not told the rest of the modding community how to do it :( ... because everyone is still asking for it everywhere. It's frustrating... we've been so close to having rain-proof windows.

I'd love to see that mod's glass features applied to all glass.

Perhaps someone should rip apart that mod, since the author has apparently washed their hands of this community.

Just had a quick look at it, they seem to have added a "invisible" mesh to the .nifs that have transparent parts.
It's an interesting way of solving the problem, but may also be problematic. :)

Just got this to work. Open RainBeGone's NFGlassFloor01.nif in Nifscope and Concrete with window glass's ConcreteMidRoofA_glass.nif.
In NFGlassFloor01.nif find at the bottom BSTriShape with the name RainB.
Right click the last BSTriShape->Block->Copy Branch'
In ConcreteMidRoofA_glass.nif at the top 0NiNode
      Right click 0NiNode->Block->Paste Branch.
      Save ConcreteMidRoofA_glass.nif
No idea if it works for settler happiness or not but it blocks rain :D

Thank you, delyne, for sharing your fix!  I really don't know anything about NifSkope, though I have it installed, as I keep hoping I will find time to learn. However, your instructions were easy to follow, and when I checked in-game, the rain wasn't coming through- hooray!

Also, I used the same process to apply the fix to the 'ConcreteMidRoofB_glass.nif', which seems to be working as well in-game.  Is there any reason to not apply the fix to that mesh?

Thanks again for sharing this; have a wonderful day!  :)

      Uh...sure.

So is there a certain length of time that must pass before a mod is considered abandoned and free for anyone to fix?

Giving us arcane directions for fixing our own copy of the mod instead of just uploading the fixed version isn't just bound for failure but granting way too much respect to someone who either can't or won't fix their own work.

    Great mod!!
Quick question: are glass window panes not supposed to snap to each other vertically?

The crossbeam also fixes the elevator issue with concrete walls. DL'd and Endorsed :)

Does anyone have idea where we can find retextures for the new pieces this mod adds? Because other concrete retexs dont work on the pieces from this mod

I can't find the pieces anywhere, they're not in the concrete tab where they should be and I have no idea why. I use the settlement menu manager for Woody's wasteland stuff and that's the only mod that fiddles with the menu.
