Glad you like it. I know i went a little overboard with the agility but it helps tremendously with the rifle. And i love the effects from the 10x weapon damage. Pretty cool graphics with sweetfx. Thanks much appreciated( couldn't have done it without HN66 original mod though.
Well it seems like a nice Cheat/God item but if you download the craftable Legendary mod and take 30% less cost in vats as well as no scope u can take up to 10 targets - just saying ;)
Agreed but the 10x weapon damage and special graphics are added. So it does make quite a difference. Besides, was my first mod with fo4 edit and just wanted to share.
Right the 10x are Great - 1st and Foremost if you are high level and want to use low lvl Weapons! (Because Style!) Thanks a lot for sharing - and consider yourself endorsed

Even though you state you have permission to use HN66's assets, I feel the title of this mod that you are uploading should not use his/her name in the main header. It's misleading since these rings are not actually the ones he/she released. Maybe put your name or a new title in front of HN66 so it can be clear. Just offering some constructive criticism. Cheers!
Thanks. Criticism excepted. I will probably do so. I guess thats why i listed it as perks not the same category as his rings. Anyways thank you and hope you like the mod.
