   Hi
   As i remember the BOS takes over the place but when you return after the"securing it quest"no BOS is there!!!
   
   How about making it work like an "before and after" and make the place as a BOS base?

      Indeed, this mod *may* cause problems either before, during or after the Show No Mercy mission - that mission is coded to trigger several different appearances in Fort Strong including the unblocking of the upstairs areas amongst other things. The issue in the game is that the triggers are broken and really should be fixed rather than change the interior itself, as seen here;-
