The mesh used for the mixed eyes may require you to adjust the eyes in cc as the eye mesh is static in one position on the face so you will need to adjust the eyes to fit the the mesh. Both eyes still animate correctly. They are a bit take it or leave it, you can also open the eyes in outfit studio and move them to where your characters eyes are. So either move your eyes in game, DIY in outfit studio or do not use.
I have marked what eyes are stand alone as it was not very clear before, sorry about that
EDIT: 06/03/2017- Going to advise from now on in that the mismatched eyes requires looksmenu. Some users who do not use looksmenu are having some issues with editing the eyes for pre-existing characters, I have never had this issue and have not been able to reproduce it even without having looksmenu installed. I cannot think of any other way to do the mesh that will allow to have both eyes still animate correctly.
Hi, could I port this xbone? I'm gunna be starting a new playthrough and it would be cool if I could have a lazy eye in game aswell, really get that role play going lol. I'd put a link back to here and fully credit you.
We went off site to find a third-party link to jimtownirish's "True Eyes", because we liked the dark halo around the iris. We had no idea that using his mod meant that every single male in the game would then be wearing MANscara and GUYliner!
To make matters worse, our beloved dinosaur of a PC can only run FO4 efficiently on lower graphical settings, which basically meant that the mandatory eyelash replacement attached to True Eyes would render every female with the look of a raccoon. Imagine Tammy Faye after sleeping with her makeup on... you get the picture.
So using your vanilla lashes version was clearly going to be the better choice for us. But little did we realize that, despite our low-res settings, these new eyes were going to be vivid, beautiful and more outstanding than we could have ever imagined. The effect was gasp-worthy!
And thanks to the standalone version, our sweetie pie will be the only one roaming the wasteland with these breathtaking peepers!
We cannot thank you enough, Kala. We'd throw money at you if we actually had any to spare! But what we can offer you is kudos, friendship, high praise and references for others to discover this hidden gem on the Nex. We hope these meager offerings will suffice.
We will be adding a picture of our FO4 baby, despite the crappy resolution. But we know we're not the only one who endeavors to play FO4 on a potato and that's exactly why we want to show everyone just how good these eyes look, regardless of our limitations.
The mismatched eyes are a static eye mesh therefore you need to move the eye sockets in character creation to where the eye mesh is. If this does not suit your character you can always open the eyes in outfit studio and move them to where you need them.
Eeeeeee I had planned to use Looking Stranger but I'm loving the damaged eyes better than the fully blind. Again, thanks so much for releasing these. Huge fan of all your tumblr screenies.

It still has some clipping on some presets. Fortunately they work without further editing on my main preset though.
