Just put the thing in your Fallout 4 folder.

Two options here, MiscHair and Vanilla.
Not sure if the whole game will break if you pick MiscHair and you don't have it but...
Probably don't.
Formatting in notepad is trash.
Just never do it.
Also I think you need CBBE
And maybe that Deluxe Makeup mod.
Please don't distribute this mod.
That'd be nice if you didn't do that.
