    About requested versions...

Sorry but I will not be making multiple versions of this mod. There are good reasons for this that I hope you people understand.

    1. If I make 1 requested version for 1 person then someone else will expect one as well. It would be rude to grant 1 request and not all others so I could end up with a dozen versions that I myself do not use or will ever use.
    2. When DLC is available and it adds new locations I will need to make a new version that includes the DLC. With point #1 that could be many hours of work making DLC versions of all the requested versions.
    3. Any patch Bethesda releases could break this mod. With point #1 that could be many hours of work updating requested versions.
    4. When the CK is released I will be remaking this whole mod using the CK.
    5. If there's a bug in the mod I do not want to be patching many requested versions.

Now with that out of the way I highly suggest everyone get FO4Edit and not just to fix this mod for your own tastes but because if you are using mods you should also be using the xEdit program for the game, like TES5Edit, FO3Edit, FNVEdit, FO4Edit. That is an essential and invaluable tool everyone should be using. The reason everyone should use it is to check to see if a mod you download contains dirty edits and needs to be cleaned. Dirty edits can and will cause game crashes and general instability so you should be using the tools available to prevent those issues so you have a stable game you can enjoy.

Not only can you use it to clean mods which you should do but you can use it to remove features or edit them if you are not happy with everything the mod includes without having to ask the mod author to make a special version for you. This mod is a prime example, if all you want is no interior fog then you use FO4Edit to remove everything but the Cell entries and you now have a no interior fog mod. To add the radstorms back in you open "Climate" and find the green marked parts, one of them will be under the radiation storms. Change that value back to the original which is in the first column. Then subtract that number from one of the others so all the percent chance added together equals 100. Next open the "Regions" and repeat what you did in "Climate" there. You don't need to know how to make mods to be able to do this but you will know how to adjust the chances of having different weather when you are done and you can have a sense of pride knowing you did it yourself.

    FO4Edit download

    *Edit,
Use permissions changed, if you make a change to this mod you can upload it to your own mod page. Just give credit for the original file.

Noticed allot of fog tweak mods after I uploaded this mod cropping up in the next few days. I would bet a few of them are because of this mod and atleast 1 was built off this with some settings changed so I couldn't claim it was based off mine lol. I had no intention of calling others out for making my mod different, I am enjoying the fact that so many find the overuse of fog annoying.

@anyone that has a point about atmosphere + distance making everything blue, you are correct but that's not what Bethesda did, they added fog to fake that effect rather than make proper LOD's. It is fog creating that blue tone to everything in the distance and is a lazy way to add a blue shift. Most games will use LOD for that.

V1.01 has the exterior fog adjusted so there is more distant fog, still not happy with it but it is better. Underwater has the murk fixed. Interiors are still without fog.

There are fog particle effects that are in many interiors, those were not removed, just the ambient fog that covers everything. Some cells like the sewers leaving the Railroad base by the back entrance still have allot of fog but those are from meshes and not a game setting.

"If I wanted everything blurry I would take off my glasses" Totally agree.

It's like they said "Quantity over quality people. I want everything to break at least once and layer it with bad visuals. More fog, more ISMODs, more DOF, and don't forget to crank eye adaption way to high." "OK we can't see all the issues at nigh so give me lots of blue daylight at night and no dark shadows. Actually remove all the darkness. Let's get some blur with iron sights too, it's ok to have heaps of blur, weather blur, motion blur, yeah looks like oatmeal nice, blur is so real. OK gum makes you smart, soda cures blood loss, radiation make bugs healthy and large..."

Just an FYI. I experienced some texture problems (missing floors and walls) in the General Atomics Factory while following the Atomatron DLC quests. The texture problem went away when I disabled Climate Tweaks. Now that I'm finished with that area I'll reenable the mod as I don't like rad storms.

I am using the Clear Weather Only mod specifically as it reduces the amount of rainy days.
Does this mod also reduce them?
I only ask as I can't see using both, and I am intrigued by your removal of most of the fog.

I cant remember if I lowered the chance of rain or not, if I didn't you can still use that other mod, put it lower in the load order so it's changes to the weather take effect instead of mine.

I was going to ask.. then read your post about editing this on our own instead of asking and since I just started modding on my own and already had FO4Edit, I followed your simple instructions and it all worked like a charm.
    Thank you for this Mod.

Is it true that this climate change fix will remove super mutant suiciders?

This is a great mod for exploring the wasteland and finding stuff that wasn't meant to be explored, ESPECIALLY UNDERWATER. I have found so many things under there I otherwise never would've found like sunken boats submarines and fighter jets, and while they can't be explored I wouldn't have seen them otherwise. I think changing the mod's name might prove helpful to something like SEE UNDERWATER/REMOVE FOG or something. Anyway, have an endorsement my friend, you deserve it.

The underwater shouldn't have been effected by this mod except for the blur effect, Same settings in Skyrim and that doesn't remove the underwater murk. Well it used to until Bethesda patched it in Skyrim, so maybe they used pre patch underwater murk from Skyrim.

I likes how it makes outdoors look, but ultimately I removed this mod.

It makes some of the lighting too bright/washed out in game. Go to the work shop on the Pyrdwen and take a look for yourself. It makes the Pyrdwen look better by removing the fog, but the lights are a bit too bright. Also there is a cloud of fog around each light that looks dumb after removing the rest of the fog.

    Edit:

Realistic Lights fixes the lights being too bright:http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2139

I highly recommend using realistic lights in conjunction with this mod. Just make sure that realistic lights is the last one in the load order.

Also this mod eliminates the underwater effects, so you get a clear view. Some people may not like that feature cause it ventures into 'cheat' territory.

I found a way to make UNDERWATER blurry again. Edit Climatetweaks using the FO4edit mentioned by jet4571, then delete this line in Image Space "UnderwaterClearIS". This should bring back the murky view in underwater
