yea every time i look in the mods section in the game main menu, it disables my mods. and it sucks because it's always looksmenu and if i load in without it, i have to do all my tattoos over and i have a lot.
Game crashed when going near codsworth on sanctuary, this is the only texture mod i use for him, so sorry, gonna have to not use this one at all for the time being. might wanna fix it.
despite my small nitpicking voice in the back of my head saying how codsworth is supposed to have all three metal bits covering his forarms or whatever instead of just the two and the one bare one where his saw is, thank you so much for making this mod. you have no idea how much ive been working on trying to get a fairly pre war mod set build for my game.
This is nice....... Until you notice the cubemap being used and you can't unsee it. Codsworth now always looks like he's in your character's prewar house. You can see the reflection of the walls and the hallway on him. Works great at the beginning of the game... but after that, Codsworth needs a different cubemap.
He uses the mipblur_CGPlayerHouseCube.dds file. (If you extract the game's ba2 files with something like Bethesda Archive Extractor, it's located in Textures\Shared\Cubemaps.) Replace that file with a cubemap more fitting. (Like maybe BlurContrastCube_e.dds? That one makes him a bit darker, though. Just rename whatever you choose to mipblur_CGPlayerHouseCube.dds and put it in your game's textures\shared\cubemaps folder. Create the folders if you don't already have them.)
You know what? I have two things I think you'd be well positioned to deal with.
First is that Curie's Nurse Handy body (she was a Nurse Handy before getting that series of upgrades from Dr. Kevin Collins in Vault 81) shouldn't look all scuffed up any more than we like Codsworth, for even better reason really.

Second is that reconstructed Automatrons should look like they are new parts, paint and all. They are, after all, *new parts!*
2 issues, 1 major 1 very minor, the major one is this mod seems to interfere with Horizon's companion experience. Once I loaded it Codsworth no longer gained xp, I disabled it and he's back to earning. For now I'd recommend anyone not using this until Codsworth is max level (35) if they're using the Horizon mod. The minor one is when I look at him I see the reflection of "my" pre-war home interior. I use a 55" wide screen as my monitor so it's kind of hard to miss...
If you're going to use the original it may be a good idea to, at some point, replace that original with a new "ooo shiny" with no pre-reflection, tbh I wouldn't care if the original's was replaced since we only see him for a very few minutes (or less)
