A new game version has recently dropped for Fallout 4. Once F4SE is updated I will be kicking off an automatic build to target the new game version.

The latest builds for all my F4SE plugins can be accessed here:
    https://ci.appveyor.com/project/reg2k/fo4-mod-manifest/branch/master/artifacts

As I have several F4SE mods it may take some time before I manage to upload the files to the Nexus (this is the bit that I can't automate!) Until then, new versions may already have been built via the automated build service, so do check there if I haven't gotten around to uploading them to the Nexus yet.

Did you type it in like : setname "<name>". For whatever reason if you don't use the "", the name won't change. At least I had that issue.

It seems like the latest update broke the ability for me to rename Nora into my more faithful companion, if there's anyway anybody around here that can help me out as to determine why my Nora's Companion and renaming doesn't work anymore, let me know.

I was just ingame and thought I'd try this as Piper's name was broken for me, and I can confirm it does work. You must've not selected their hitbox properly, fallout 4 is finnicky like that.

What would I need to do if I want to rename a settlement? Let's say that I just unlocked the starlight settlement and I would like to rename it to MOB Starlight. How would I do that? Also would this change be visible in the pipboy map as well?

Settlements are not objects so renaming them is not possible with this mod.

Ahh damn. Thanks for answering. Would there be any mod out that would allow me to rename settlements?

Uhm... It says "Expected end of line." and "Compiled script not saved!" When I try to use "setname" on someone?

Hey , thank you for the quick update!

I was wondering if the DEF_INV Compatibility Patch under "old files" is still necessary? (i am using newest version of DEF UI including DEF_INV)

You don't need it if you are using VIS-G - In the FAQ for that mod Gambit77 indicates VIS-G incorporates the patch

Absolutely adore this mod. I've been using it since the first day it was released and it's always improved the game for me. I do have one question however, is it possible to rename settlements in any way? Thanks for the great mod Registrator2000!
