Was happy to find a mod for Xbox that had diner pieces and was a small file size. But that soon went away, after discovering that every item doesn't have any snap points whatsoever.
Even with Place Anywhere, it's an absolute chore to sort out. Something to take note of before downloading.
There is a Full and Complete Description of this Mod on the Bethesda.Net. To bad this is not for PC Users. I have been looking for a Mod that adds Roads, Specifically Sanctuary. I keep Scrapping the Roads when I am Cleaning the town up. It is a Real Pain In The ---. lol
