When Freedom Calls will now complete when reporting to Preston after clearing Concord of hostiles. No more having to go with Preston to Sanctuary and agree to help the other settlements just to get When Freedom Calls to complete and receive your experience points. Now you can collect your XP right there at the Museum of Freedom and be on your way.

Obviously you will have to have not yet started When Freedom Calls for this to work properly. I tested this on a brand new start without any other mods enabled and it worked perfectly. It should still work on an existing save as long as you haven't already done When Freedom Calls, I make no guarantees though since that's not the way I tested it.
