About this mod
A simple patch to fix the bug on critical banker if you have far harbour and survival mode. And some minor tweaks.

This Mod Requires :
- V.T.D.S. - Bullet Time VATS replacer by moriz
- Far Harbour by bethesda
- and a gaming pc so you can play fallout 4 on, don't know why I made that line.
So this simple mod needs to be loaded after Bullet Time Vat Replacer.esp so you can enjoy these simple fixes :
It will make sure the time dillatation effect doesn't make you thirsty ( thanks to marukusu )
It will make sure the Critical banker perk can be used ( the dlc far harbour changed this perk, and it wouldn't work with the mod ).
And I also added my little tweaks on the AP consumtion and the time dilatation effect to rebalance the mod and make more tactical.
Rebalance changes :
doubled the action points drain so now, when a dearthclaw jump out of a bush to ambush you, you should have just enougth time to survive if you have a good weapon and don't miss most of your shots.
But if there is two deathclaws, you should die, or take some jet, remember kids, don't do drugs, unless there is two deathclaws on your ass.
I also rebalanced the time dillatation effect according to the new 4 ranks critical banker perk change that came with far harbour.
if you have no ranks on that perk, time dillation will be 0.8 of normal time.
rank 1= 0.7
rank 2= 0.6
rank 3 = 0.5
rank 4 = 0.4
don't worry it's balanced, you don't see legendary deathclaws that ambush you when you're not a big killing machine with a lot of perks.
