Adds fire resistance, poison resistance and much more to Power Armors

read "news" in main page.
i have not tested it, if it does not work let me know and i will try it in my own game to see what is wrong.
I did same things here i did on all other patches so i do not see why it should not work.

enclave x-03 hellfire armor patch

in line with normal t-45 power armor

added compatibility and tweaked stats to make sense with all the other PAs

Support for tesla x01 by cpt ultima

I accepted it being slightly better than x-01 as the author says and i mantained it so

A little bit weaker than t-45, added test effect on chest piece, fixed a CTD bug

I adapted it to the overall balance: vault tech is not supposed to have a power armor which is better than the enclave one. Vault tech PA stats are now between T-51 and T-60. Speciality : Resistance against Energy Weapons at the cost of the normal resist.

Made upon request, similar stats to t-60 with few differences to add variation
