Activate this mod before you use the workshop in Croup Manor, otherwise it will reset the changes you made!
Load Scrap Everything after this mod!

Since this is working for the vast majority of the users, this thread will be locked from now on. I consider this mod finished and won't work on it again. If you have problems read the comments below.

    Is this really working? Honestly?
I am asking because all it does for me is messing up the scrap everything mod. So now I have all the trash and debris back on the lot plus settlers in the sea... damn
    Please help.

first of all this will likely reset your cell when you install it -> debris, etc. is back ONCE

then you scrap all of this and the mod is good to go

make sure that you load scrap everything AFTER this mod

Looks like a good addition to my mod list, but I wish you'd give the file a recognizable name. "Main and only" isn't much of a descriptor.

The .esp should be called Croup Manor Navmesh - retakrew7.esp

I changed the file name anyway.

Nice. I can now visit Croup without finding at least 1 settler taking a dip. Thanks for doing this. FYI, I installed after scrapping and building (I don't have Scrap Everything) but it still seems to work without resetting stuff. Although it's a pretty barebones settlement mind you.

Just wanted to come back to say that I have had my settlers putting this through its paces for a couple of days now and it really is working perfectly.

The settlers are sandboxing on all levels of the house and not a single one has ended up in the drink.

This mod really makes this a viable settlement again and thanks for the mod and the help!

Just an FYI for settlement builders.

I loaded this mod before I found Croup Manor and then went there. I cleared the ghouls and activated the workshop. I use Scrap Everything for clearing up the settlements but could not scrap much at all. I then moved this mod to well before Scrap Everything in the load order but I had the same results. I just could not scrap much at all.

I then uninstalled this mod and went to a previous save and discovered Croup all over again. This time I scraped all the trash and debris and saved the game. I then reinstalled this mod and went back to the game. All the trash and debris returned. I guess it is built in to the nav mesh.

Bottom line is that you may want to consider this if you like scrap cleaning the settlement. If you can live with the trash and debris then the nav mesh fix will be a beautiful thing. However it may be one or the other for Croup.

I use Scrap Everything as well, with my mod directly before Scrap Everything.
I could scrap all the debris and still had the updated navmesh.
I activated my mod after I cleared out Croup Manor, before activating the workshop.
If you already changed the navmesh in the workshop with scrapping stuff, then my mod will reset the workshop changes made, however, you should be able to scrap the debris after the reset.

That may have done the trick. I followed the order that you did it and it does seem to be working. Perhaps one key is to have it just before Scrap Everything in the load order.

I did not load it up with settlers yet, so I cannot say for sure that it is fully functioning, but the scrapping is now possible so I can clean up the site a little.

I do hope that the rest functions as well as this really is great mod to fix a glaring defect with this settlement. Thanks for taking the time to fix this nav mesh and posting it for the community. Also thanks for taking the time to help with this issue. I am sure others will read this and be helped by it too.

Does this affect other player settlement mods like Croup Manor Overhauled?

It will be overwritten by Croup Manor restored, other than that I don't know.
I only edited the Navmeshes, so it should be safe to load my mod last.

Does it affect mods that change enemy spawn points like 'Settlement Attacks Beyond' by scary666scream, and if so should it be loaded before or after the spawn point mod?

Nope, only navigation meshes, so it should be as compatible as it gets.
Load my mod last if you are unsure.
