Would it not be more simple (and more cross compatible) to simply use a mod that allows you to adjust the damage multiplier? So you can turn up the damage to a x3 - x5 for example. At that point your one hit kills are pretty much taken care of and makes the whole process much more compatible with everything from modded quests, weapons, armors, etc.
If that isn't enough just throw on some additional difficulty mods like Agony, Advanced Needs 2 or Wasteland Ballistics.
did you even look in the files tab? take it into your own hands and Make a FOMOD if you want to switch on the fly. but 99% of players dont want to have to select/install their difficult every time they enter a dungeon- the temptation of turning down the difficulty for boss fights without repercussion is why most people only want to download 1 version of a difficulty mod.
Is it just me or some melee enemies like ghouls or mirelurks just barely do any damage ? It seems like when they hit my limbs or torso i just don't get that much damage ( playing in VR if that explains something )

how are we supposed to know if it's any good before we download it?
