    did you change the shell casing when loading the lever action to .44?

    Shame this doesnt work with the Lever action reload fix https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20454, using either of the new calibers makes it use the old reload.

      Well, i hate to be that guy. BUT.....
      As far as i know lever action rifles cannot be loaded with ammo that has pointy bullets, because the catridges are stored one behind another. The risk to ignite themselves is too big i guess.

      They make some "pointy" .30-30 ammo. So no. I'm also fairly certain I've seen at lease one .308 level action before.

      After a quick research, i found us both to be right. There are lever actions with .308 caliber but they use a vertical storage to avoid the "pointy" problem. Its also seems to be uncommon because the mechanism cant handle the higher pressure of high calibers well. But it exists, so no problem there.

    Thank you for this. The Lincoln Repeater rifle was my favorite gun in FO3. Now I can make one and rename it to Lincoln Repeating Rifle.
