It was working before, maybe last year when I was last into FO4, but playing it again now, I haven't been noticing it working. I'm unsure why.. any idea as to what can be conflicting?
Interesting. I also think it's kinda sad for Charisma because most people would just put in 5 or 6 to get the Local Leader perks, then maybe 10 for additional settlement counts. That's cool but really far from the real point of Charisma... Downloaded, will test it out later.
There is nothing realistic about game speech checks that are regulated through the roll of a dice. No matter how you adjust the numbers.
It's simple, they only become realistic if we would have a proper AI, programmed like a certain kind of human being. And for that we still have to wait for let's say...50~100 years ?
Either that or the devs giving us a manual persuasion mechanic where they give us multiple lines and us choosing what is best and if we choose the right one, we pass and so on.
