Mod still working in newest patch, tried today 2016-06-29 with clean install and no other mods and no enb. If you cant get it working you are doing something wrong.
Vivid weather changes imagespaces and my mod does that too so you'll have to choose to load mine last or his, the mod that is loaded last overwrites the previous mod.
That doesn't seem to help. I already had your mod loaded later than VW. My guess is that VW does something else that making things go bloom. Same as that VW makes WET water turn blue where vanilla weather and True Storms doesn't .
If you feel up to it, you can install an ENB (with or without a preset, your choice) and tweak some light values. This does take some patience, though.
Does this have darker night support? Cause im using darker nights (24/7 nighttime cause fps seems better at night) but with this mod on it becomes daytime.
" It goes very well with Unforbidable's Darker Nights. I'm using Darker Nights Level 1 with this mod and it looks great."
That is what the developer says on the front page of this mod, so I guess it does but he mentions using DN Level 1 as well, so.. You might want to look into that.

Search the page for "Fr4nsson" to find them. Hope these help! There may be more over time as I update this guide.
I had no bloom using your 'bloom remover only' add-on
Now Vivid Weathers is out and I see bloom again.
Does VW do something to the environment which causes bloom different than the bloom your mod/add-on removes ?
Could you please have a look at that ?
Thanks in advance !
