Start anew with the face:
Go to C:\Users\"your pc user name"\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves and then just drop the file there. Open Fallout 4 and load the save file and you are good to go!
Transfer the face to your current character:
Backup your save to your desktop so you save your original look in case something goes wrong.
Download the face ripper file from the user "Xatmos" here on Nexus and select "download manually". Unzip the face ripper and open it, select your current save as the "source save" and select your "target save" as the save you downloaded from me. Finally, click on "transfer face" and you're done.
