Can you make a setting that will randomize the in-game volume, brightness, and field of view? Maybe look/aim sensitivity too? BUT, this is the fun part, can you make that randomize like, every time you take damage, or if that's not possible every like 5 minutes or every time you go through a loading zone maybe? Or any other condition that could make it a fun challenge run, ya know? I've never tried modding, but in my head this seems simple enough since there are sliders for all that already, but idk how you'd set it to do it under certain conditions.
It only randomizes those two things at the moment and it also adds two Easter eggs to the game. One that explains the literally magic weapons, and one that explains how a metal airship, with very, very, little lifting gasses can fly/hover.
So Ive installed the mod and enabled it and started a new game. I play and I saw the text appear when I finished the character creation part. The text said "randomizing fallout 4", if I remember correctly. However, after Im done playing, I quit the game and lets say I play again after some hours or the next day. I want to load my save file but I get the message that the randomizer mod isnt enabled anymore. Is it just me? Im running several other mods but none that affect virgil, any quests or random stuff.
Brilliant idea! Truly brilliant! And may I say, a bit ambitious. I like your bold attitude!
I have one suggestion, but it could be a bit difficult to implement: Kellogg's hideout. It could be in one of a few other forts in the game, or somewhere else entirely. Heck, why not go mad and have one or two possibilities put him outside the Commonwealth? Finding out the person who killed your spouse is all the way in friggin' Far Harbour could be very interesting.

I very like longed for such feature as far as the first Fallout game
goes i.e. in 1997 when I was playing it for the second time in a row
Indoorcell Randomizer!
this is crucial!

I have some ideas on what else you could randomize:
-The location of the downed Caravan/Deezer's Lemonade can in the covenant quest
-Which samples in the Polymers Lab end up being which component
-The location where Ashes ends up in Here Kitty Kitty
