Ok everyone! This is where, unless bugs are found (and even then, I just use my baseball bat on the bug) I won't go any further...

    There are 6 different versions...
1- Not mine: The original Day/Night cycle!
2- Longer Days, Shorter Nights (Day Night Cycle) (18 hours day, 5 hours night)*
3- Longer Nights, Shorter Days (Night Day Cycle) (9 hours day, 14 hours night)*
4- Longer Nights, Shorter Days (Night Day Cycle 2) (5 hours day, 18 hours night)*
5- Londer Days, Shorter Nights and longer twilight (Day Night Twilight Cycle). Exactly like #2, but with 2 hours more sunrise and sunset!
6- Earth Day Night Cycle, or near! 14 hours day, 10 hours dark... Request!

    * This is approximate, duh!
*Don't forget, USE ONLY ONE!!! I take no responsibility if the space/time continuum blows up because of you!!!

P.S. FO4edit doesn't like 24h (aka #144). I'm changing it to 143 (to make it compatible! Longer Days and Twilight will have an update!)

Ok, news update people! Perks that last from x to x (like night person, from 6pm to 6am) are still fully working since the time lasting is not calculated by the climate but by the perk itself...

So! Perk timing IS NOT RELATED to this mod! Even if t's light (or fully dark) the perk will activate at the designed time!
  2. Can you make the same mod but for Days Gone, longer days and shorter nights, please.
and thank you ahead of time if you do.

Is anybody able to tell me if this still works?

It's December in my game and the sun is already there at 9pm (apparently this was vanilla desired behaviour? ?????  [no, see EDIT]). As an astronomy nerd I just cant, so I installed the 'Longer Nights, Shorter Days (Night Day Cycle) (9 hours day, 14 hours night)' of this mod, but it changes nothing even though I load it as far up as possible.

EDIT: As far as I can tell, it does still work in fact! I checked and it does change things. (My issue was probably that I had the Verdant Wasteland mod also installed, in a lower position than this mod. That mod apparently lengthens daylight to an instance summer solstice daylight). I ran some tests and yeah I can confirm this mod works.

Great mod. Would you please consider adding a version to the PS4 mod list that makes nights about six hours long?

Slight conflict with Darker Nights, but easy to fix with FO4Edit. I'm using the Night-Day option now, for a spooky October vibe. Thanks for creating.

    A suggestion: 24h daylight.

How would this affect TrueStorms weather system? Because even with the vanilla sunset of that mod is selected it has a slightly different value than the vanilla.

I can't get this mod to work. Guessing it no longer works or has not been updated, last update was almost 3 years ago.

    good mod.
Could you make it close to what really happens in boston? your sunrise would be at 3 am if you were in reykjavik or norway, not in boston.
At that distance from the pole the sun rises at around 5 am and sets at 20.30 on june. (sunrise and sunset times depend from distance from the poles, the shorter the distance from the poles of the place in which you are, the longer the day time in summer, but the shorter in winter.)

Old post, but I just have to comment.
You are wrong on so many levels. Just so, so wrong.
