The conversion was easy enough, but it looks like FO4 needs a different type of normal texture. I noticed all normals for FO4 are yellow/green, whereas the texture I carried over from Skyrim are... blue-ish. Is there any kind of Mr. Handy program or tool to convert the normal (and specular too, I guess) to be properly used in FO4?

The texture toolbox has this functionality! Just click on the Normal Map tab and convert OpenGL to DirectX format (the blue/purple to the green/red) and click 'remove unused blue channel'. Fallout 4 also uses a combination of spec/gloss for the specular, so if your Skyrim textures have both then you can also convert it in the FO4 SpecGloss tab. Hope that helps, even if this comment is late.

i did everything and everything worked for the most part but couldn't apply high heels mod to it and ultimately couldn't add the whole thing in the game :/// how do i add my converted outfit as a standalone mod and not as a replacer

I think you need https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/43642?tab=files. There is a file call Smooth Feet High Heel Body - CBBE and CBBE-3BBB it may can help you to apply high heel. Then can you explain on what you said converted outfit as a standalone mod and not as a replacer? Maybe i can give you an advice

It looks like there are some bones mixed in, go to your outfit studio to check your bones to see if there are any extra bones and delete them. My English is not good so I use Google Translate

This works perfect! Thank you very much!!!...
I just have one question: I converted an outfit perfectly, but this one has no "physics". How can you add physics to the outfit?

I've ported some custom armour from skyrim to fallout 4. The pieces were converted to obj, imported & reweighted, materials assigned, but when I equip the armour in game, none of the pieces are visible. It appears fine in Outfit studio, but in game only the fallout 4 body is visible.

I'm wondering if maybe it's the textures, I don't know how to convert skyrim textures to fallout 4. The normal maps and speculars look different. Also, the material files are bgem format, bgsm format caused the cubemaps to look wrong.
