Hello! I stumbled upon your mod and have a couple of things to say:
1) Through NMM I saw that your mod requires the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, though none of its changes are aplied to it. I had to manually change the entries to match the UF4P. You should look into this. =p
2) The page of the original Perks Unleashed mod states that the Cannibal, Animal Friend, Intimidation, and Wasteland Whisperer Perks follow the vanilla progression because people were having issues with them (not working, bugged, etc). But your mod edited these perks. My question is: will it bug my game? If not, what makes your edition different from the original mod?

Edit: Just tested and the mentioned Perks seems to work just fine. Endorsed. (Though you should still make the changes for the UF4P or remove its dependency.)
Here's a plugin that includes the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch fixes: Download Zip File From My DropBox I can't promise I'll host it in my DropBox forever, so if the author gets a chance, I hope they'll replace the main download with the one I've offered here. As a fellow mod author, I vouch for the changes I've made to the plugin. I simply copied UFO4P's changes into this mod. Nothing else.
Although, I can't recall if it was an "ESL-marked-ESP" when I got ahold of it. But it is now. It's a "light plugin" so it won't take up a slot in your load order.
As said by MarioFagundes, some perks are not equal to the UFO4 patch.....pls make it happen the gatling laser only has 750 that should have 1100 pen i have 3 levels of nuclear physicist
